Relief reusable Hot/Cold pack
This hot or cold relief pack is an essential for any first aid kit or cabinet. The ingenious design allows this pack to be frozen or heated depending on the injury. The gel within this pack can take as little as 30 seconds to heat up if you are using a microwave; alternatively place in hot water for 10 minutes. For a cold pack, simply place the pack in the freezer for an hour.
Ice treatments should be used on inflamed, red, hot or swollen superficial tissues, whereas heat treatments should be used for relieving pain of whole muscles, on trigger points or for soothing the nervous system.
- Microwave for approximately 30 seconds
- OR immerse in boiling water for 4 -10 minutes
- OR store in the freezer, gel takes approximately 1 hour to freeze.
